Exhibitor Set Up:: May 3rd, 2026 from 1:00PM - 4:00PM. Provided that an electrical diagram is included with your order, all electric will be set in the booth before you arrive on this day.

Exhibitor Move-Out:: May 6th at 10:30AM - 12:30PM. All booths must be cleared from the exhibit floor by 12:30PM.

Complimentary Basic Wi-Fi will be provided by AICPA should you need a higher speed you must order a dedicated connection. Power will need to be ordered and is not included in booth packages.

Important Information Regarding Food/Beverage

** Please note no booth catering will be allowed on the show floor with the exception of small individually wrapped bite size mints or candies.

Please note that per our contract agreement and for liability reasons, the hotel is the exclusive provider for all food and beverage. Absolutely NO outside food and/or beverages may be served from your booth during this upcoming event (this includes but is not limited to, logo bottled water or any type of pre-packaged food). If your company manufactures food or beverage products and you wish to serve these items, you must request permission via e-mail in advance. These requests can be sent to gpexhibits@gaylordhotels.com. Please review the Sample Request PDF for insurance requirements and possible fees involved with the sampling process including Fire Marshal approval for cooking and/or heating within your booth space.

Tax Exemption Requests

If your organization is Tax Exempt in the state of Florida, please place your order first and then contact us at gpexhibits@gaylordhotels.com. We'll need a copy of your Florida Tax Exempt Certificate and a front & back copy of the credit card being used (all digits except the last 4 should be redacted) before we can process the refund for tax. Please note all paperwork must be received prior to the first day of the event.
